Active Aging Week is October 2-8
The purpose of Active Aging Week is to make wellness activities and exercise accessible to as many older adults as possible.
The Advocate for the Aging office of Henrico County has put together a great schedule of events (see page 6 here) I wanted to share with you.
However you celebrate this week, make sure you are having fun while getting some exercise!

I am publishing a series of blog posts explaining each of these exceptions, and will also share some videos. The second post is about hearing services, and you can read it here!
