Let’s Talk About Medicare and Chiropractic Care
Hi friend,
I’ve been dealing with some sciatic nerve pain recently, so I’ve been seeing both a chiropractor and a physical therapist. Thankfully, it’s helping, and I’m slowly starting to feel better. 💙
It also reminded me that many people don’t realize Medicare does provide limited coverage for chiropractic care.
Original Medicare covers chiropractic services to help correct a spinal misalignment when medically necessary. After you’ve met your Part B deductible, Medicare generally pays 80% of the approved amount. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, your coverage may be different, so it’s always a good idea to review your specific benefits. Learn more about Medicare and chiropractic coverage.
If you’ve been experiencing back pain or have questions about your Medicare coverage, I’m always happy to help point you in the right direction.
Thank you for trusting me to help you with your health insurance needs. I’m so glad to have you here with me.

August 21 is Senior Citizen Day!
Happy National Senior Citizen Day, friends!
Today is a wonderful reminder to celebrate the wisdom, resilience, and life experiences that older adults bring to our families and communities.
One of the greatest blessings of my career is getting to know so many incredible seniors. I hear your stories, celebrate your milestones, and have the privilege of helping you navigate Medicare with confidence.
Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey.
Pool Safety Tips to Protect Your Loved Ones
Summer is a wonderful time for making memories with children and grandchildren at the pool. ☀️
When family and friends gather, it’s easy to assume someone else is keeping an eye on the kids. Unfortunately, accidents can happen in just seconds – even when children know how to swim.
One of the best ways to help keep everyone safe is to designate one adult as the “water watcher.” That person’s only job is to actively watch the children in and around the water until another adult takes over.
A little extra attention can make all the difference. Learn more pool safety tips here.
Summer Safety Tips to Support Healthy Aging
Summer is a wonderful time to get outside, spend time with family, and enjoy everything our community has to offer. ☀️
But as temperatures rise, it’s important to remember that older adults can be more vulnerable to heat-related illnesses like heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
A few simple precautions – such as staying hydrated, avoiding the hottest part of the day, wearing lightweight clothing, and taking breaks in the shade or air conditioning – can help you stay safe.
