May is Older Americans Month

One thing I want to remind you while we celebrate Older Americans Month is that though we are getting older, age is truly just a number.

A few ways to make sure you are aging well include:

  • Eating healthy
  • Getting regular exercise
  • Enjoying social outings with friends and family
  • Following a routine preventive health care schedule
  • Enjoying hobbies to support your mental health

A few helpful resources I wanted to share with you this month include:

Also, we’ve received exciting news that Patient First is back in-network for Humana effective 6/1/26!

As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can help you (or your family or friends) with your Medicare, supplemental insurance, or life insurance needs.

Thank you for trusting me to help you. I’m so glad to have you here with me.

I Have Some Exciting News!

I’m so excited to share that I now have a weekly radio show on Culture Mix Radio!

Coming soon, on Sundays at 3pm EST, I’ll be sharing about a variety of real estate topics based on insight I’ve gained in my 40+ years as a Virginia Realtor serving the Richmond area.

My first episode will feature an interview about my career with my colleague and friend, Joann Mayo.

You can listen to Culture Mix Radio powered by K101.2 POP Richmond or find us on Apple Music or the Audacy App.

Follow along with weekly updates about this on my real estate social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
